Returns
What is your general return policy?
At El Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of items in new condition, with the original packaging intact.
This includes tags, jewelry cards, jewelry bags, and gift boxes. Both U.S. and international customers can make returns within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Please note, items marked as “Final sale” or “Made to order” are not eligible for return.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
